Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy applicable for online purchase, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for valid reason in an exchange.

Refunds

In case Order cannot be satisfied by Resilient-IIT & cancelled on its own discretion or due to unavailability of product Item. In this case customer will be notified by Resilient-IIT & full refund will be made on his/her original payment method within 10 business days. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.) 

In case return been initiated by the customer, Resilient-IIT will notify you once received request and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too).
