Sagar is a Seasonal Professional with 20+ years of experience in IT Service & Project delivery. Before founding Resilient Innovation & Information Technology, our Founder & CEO spent over a decade leading large-scale IT programs for globally recognized organizations, partnering with stakeholders across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.

In his previous role as a Delivery Manager, he:

• Led cross-functional, multi-location teams of developers, architects, QA, and product leaders

• Delivered mission-critical platforms, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives

• Worked closely with CXOs, product owners, and business leaders to align technology with business goals

• Managed complex delivery environments involving budgets, timelines, governance, and compliance

• This hands-on leadership experience now forms the foundation of how Resilient-IIT operates—with predictability, accountability, and results.
